Course Access & Technical FAQ

I’m having trouble verifying or logging into my account

1

On rare occasions, strict router, antivirus, or network security settings can interfere with account verification links.

If you see a browser message about a “secure connection,” it’s almost always caused by local security settings — not the site itself.

Quick things to try:

  • Open the link in a different browser

  • Try a different network (for example, home Wi-Fi instead of a work or public network)

If that doesn’t do it, just email me and I’ll help you get sorted quickly.

I can’t see a PDF and audio player at the same time on my tablet

2

Most members using iPads have no trouble viewing PDFs and playing audio directly within the course.

On some non-iPad tablets, PDFs may open in a separate tab or download instead of displaying alongside the audio player. That’s a limitation of the device or browser — not the course itself.

If this happens, a quick workaround is to:

  • Open the PDF once and keep it available

  • Then return to the course page to play the audio

If you’re unsure whether this applies to your device, just email me and I’ll help you sort it out.

Is the course compatible with tablets and phones?

3

Yes. The course works well on tablets and phones, and many members use iPads as their primary device.

For the most flexible practice experience — especially when viewing diagrams and playing backing tracks at the same time — a laptop or desktop can be helpful, but it’s not required.

Use the setup that fits your space and routine.

Where should I start once I’m logged in?

4

If you’re new, start with:

  1. The Concept Hall for the skill you’re working on

  2. Then go directly to the Practice Studio for that same skill

You don’t need to explore everything at once. One skill, one short practice session is more than enough.

Something still isn’t working — what should I do?

5

Just email me.

Seriously!

Include:

  • What device you’re using

  • What you’re seeing on the screen

I’ll help you get it sorted without bouncing you through automated support.
